FAD Visits Pepperell High School

Dale Styers, Executive Director of Floyd Against Drugs, had the opportunity to teach and share about vaping/smoking, alcohol and drug abuse with four Pepperell High School classes this past week. Sixty-five 9th grade girls took part in the education classes.

“The girls were so much fun to be with,” said Styers. “And a big thanks to Coach Clayton for sharing her classroom!”

The mission of Floyd Against Drugs is to mobilize the entire community to reduce the use of drugs, tobacco and underage drinking in Rome and Floyd County. FAD collaborates with local agencies to provide prevention education on substance use and abuse to parents and other community members.
