Aug. 31 is International Overdose Awareness Day. The Floyd County Police Department recently produced a podcast with Floyd Against Drugs to discuss addiction and overdose. FAD has been our partner on other projects, including a large donation of Narcan to distribute to officers. That donation has in turn helped us save lives in our community.
